Before the sale, we:
--meet with the client to discuss our policies/procedures, decide on sale dates, and complete the estate sale contract
-- post the sale at www.bessestateliquidator.com
-- advertise the sale in the San Antonio Express News and at www.estatesales.net
-- place a sign in the front yard approximately 1 week prior to the sale
-- organize, prepare, stage, and price property for sale. Note: This is the most important and time consuming part of the process. It is the part of the process that has proven to be our greatest strength. We consistently receive high praise from sale attendees regarding the thoroughness with which we have prepared the sale. We recognize that some sales frustrate customers with ill-prepared displays and hard-to-find prices.
During the sale, we:
-- post signs directing customers to the site of the sale.
-- have 4 to 6 workers positioned throughout the house to answer questions and monitor the goings-on.
-- update our displays based on goods previously sold to as to present a positive impression to customers.
After the sale, we:
-- return to the sale location on Monday and box any remaining goods for movement to a charity agreed-to by the owner.
-- work with the charitable organization to make certain all remaining goods are picked-up.
-- meet customers who might have delayed the pick-up of furniture etc. based on their need to arrange for movement of large or bulky items.
